Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Canada from Vancouver, B.C. We hope to introduce U.S and worldwide shipping in the future. 

Is local pickup available?

If you are local to Vancouver, we are happy to arrange a local curbside pickup at a set time.

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and be sure to include contact details. We'll message you when your order is ready and arrange a time for you to come by.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping price is calculated at checkout and varies by destination and weight. We currently offer free standard shipping in Canada on orders over $100 CAD, before taxes.

When will my order ship?

We do our best to process in-stock items within 1-2 business days. However, we’re a small studio, so please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.

Preorder items have an expected ship-by date listed on the product page and in your cart at checkout. Orders with both preorder and in-stock items will be shipped complete when the preorder is ready to dispatch.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are shipped by Canada Post, USPS, or UPS. Shipping time depends on where you are located and the service rate selected at checkout.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be e-mailed to you on the day of shipment. Once items leave our studio and are in the hands of the postal carrier, we do not have control or further information about your order outside of the tracking number provided.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or refused packages or for transit delays that may occur due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
