    At this time we are not offering returns, exchanges, or cancellations, sorry!

    Taxes

    Payment of all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Our studio is currently only open by appointment.

    If you are local to Vancouver, we are happy to arrange a local curbside pickup at a set time.

    Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and be sure to include contact details. We'll message you when your order is ready and arrange a time for you to come by.

  • We currently ship to Canada and USA from Vancouver, B.C

  • Shipping price is calculated at checkout and varies by destination and weight.

    We currently offer free standard shipping in Canada and to the U.S on orders over $100 CAD, before taxes.

  • We're a really small team, so please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.

    Preorder items have a ship by date listed on the product page and in your cart. Orders with both preorder and in-stock items will be shipped complete.

  • Shipping time depends on where you are located. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you on the day of shipment.

  • If you have an issue with your items or delivery, please reach out so we can make things right!
